Jeffan Shipping & Return Policies
We ask that you review your order carefully, as it cannot be easily modified once submitted. Orders are treated in a first come first serve basis, are subject to stock availability. Failure to meet minimum order requirements for shipment may result in delay or cancellation of your order.
Once your order is placed, you will receive your order summary and confirmation number, as well as an email confirmation which includes your order number and an approximate order total.
Jeffan products are made of natural and/or sustainable materials. Any variation in color, finish, or texture is not a defect and should be considered part of the product’s natural beauty and uniqueness.
Shipping FOB: Chattanooga, TN
Jeffan will only ship to commercial addresses. If a residence is selected, applicable residential charges will be added to invoice.
International and non-contiguous US states and territories: A freight forwarder must be provided for shipment.
Freight percentage is based on total amount of order submitted. Percentage indicated applies to the entire order. Back ordered items ship at same percentage as original order. Additional accessorial fees such as liftgate, inside delivery, appointments, re-delivery, ferry access, hand unload request, within city limits (NYC) and residential are not included and will be added as an accessorial fee.
All freight estimates are based on information provided by the customer, any additional freight charge(s) billed by carrier upon delivery are customer’s responsibility and will be billed accordingly. (i.e., lift gate services, call ahead, or reconsignment fees)
Third party shippers can be utilized on a qualifying basis.
Third party shipping- customer must provide their own carrier BOL or Account # if using Jeffan BOL.
Once the customer provides the account number for carrier, the shipper must pick up in Chattanooga, TN. Orders must be paid for prior to shipping or pickup.
Because container shipping costs have increased so significantly, we are temporarily implementing a 15% Ocean Freight Surcharge on all orders placed after August 6th. Our goal and commitment to you is to remove this surcharge as global shipping costs return to normal.
Customer Pick Up in Chattanooga
Customers must schedule their own pick up 48 hours in advance. Do not schedule pickup of your items until you have received written notification that your order is ready.
