How do I open an account with Jeffan?

Visit the registration page linked at the top right corner of the website to register and submit a copy of your resale certificate to customersupport@jeffan.com. You can also download the Resale Certificate form below and submit it to customersupport@jeffan.com. Your information will be reviewed, and you will receive a confirmation email once approved.

How can I check pricing?

To see prices, you must first register on the website.

How can I check inventory?

Click on the item you are interested in and look for the field called “Qty Available.”

Is there a minimum for ordering?

Yes.

Retailer minimum orders: $750 (freight program applicable, some restrictions may apply)

  • Retailer minimum reorder: $750
  • Retailer below minimum order: 15% surcharge (minimum charge of $100) and actual freight will be applied

Designer minimum orders: $1,200 (qualifies for freight program, some restrictions may apply)

  • Designer minimum reorder: $1,200
  • Designer below minimum order: 15% surcharge (minimum charge of $100) and actual freight will be applied
*Designers can qualify for wholesale pricing once they reach a qualifying amount of $5,000 annually. This qualification must be met at the end of each year to qualify for wholesale pricing the following year. Designers can opt-in at once at any time with an initial order of $5,000.

How do I order?

  1. Login/Register on the website.
  2. Add items to your cart.
  3. Enter your payment information.
  4. Proceed to checkout. (* for assistance on checking out, don't hesitate to contact our customer support team during normal business hours at (423) 622-0180.

What does "LS" mean in the product description?

"LS" stands for last season, which means once these items are out of stock, we will not be stocking them anymore.

What payment methods do you take?

Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. Net 30: with approved credit. Bank Wire: $25 bank wire transfer fee & ACH (with form)

Where is my order shipped from?

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Chattanooga, TN.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated based on your order size and location.

How will my order ship?

Most of our freight shipments are delivered via LTL shipments based on the size and weight of your order. Note that it can take up to 14 days from the time your order is received before you will receive tracking information.**

What if my order is damaged due to freight?

Please download the Jeffan Claims Form below and submit the form, images, and a brief description of the damage to customersupport@jeffan.com within 10 days of delivery. Any visible damage to boxes or packaging must be noted on the proof of delivery. If your items are visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and send email to customersupport@jeffan.com letting us know your items were refused. Make sure you take a photo of the packaging, including a picture of the PO# Label, along with your signed refusal.
