What is Jeffan International?
Jeffan International is the North American division of a 20-year-old family-owned company based in Indonesia. Family member Caroline Shibata is Jeffan’s President and CEO. Jeffan designs, manufactures and markets a broad line of home furnishings, including furniture for indoors and out, lighting and home accents. The company’s mission is to bring Indonesia’s amazing craftsmanship and design capabilities to the rest of the world. A good percentage of Jeffan’s merchandise is sold in container quantities. Container orders ship from Java in full and mixed container loads. For smaller orders, Jeffan offers a quick ship program consisting of 4,000 SKUs. Quick ship orders are serviced from the company’s warehouse in Atlanta, GA., and other points around the country. Minimums are easily met.
Where is Jeffan International’s factory?
The company’s factory is on Java and warehoused on Atlanta, GA., one of 17,000 islands in Indonesia. A large staff of company employees makes Jeffan especially well positioned to coordinate logistical operations. The vertically integrated company handles every aspect of manufacturing from its factories in Java, Indonesia. Jeffan does many things quite well, but is especially strong in manufacturing. The company can produce up to 100 containers each month.
Which materials go into Jeffan furniture and lighting?
Plantation-grown teak, rubber wood and mahogany are some of the exotic woods used to make Jeffan’s furniture. Each piece receives a hand-rubbed finish that brings out the beauty of these nicely grained woods. Strong, pliable fibers from rattan, bamboo, abaca, sea grass and other native Southeast Asian plants are treated to time-tested natural finishes and then woven into a wide array of products, from chairs, side tables and beds to lighting and home accents.
Which trade shows does Jeffan take part in?
In January and July, Jeffan International takes part in the Atlanta International Gift and Accessories Show. The company has a temporary space on the 8th floor of the Merchandise Mart. It is also is represented in the DBI Showroom located on Building II, Floor 16. In April and October, Jeffan International exhibits at the High Point Market. Their exhibit space is located in Showplace, ground floor, Space #1543. At New York’s International Gift Fair, find Jeffan at Pier 94.

Jeffan has received national attention for its exclusive collections. The company was recently honored on HGTV’s list of "best new and innovative products” and was also ranked as one of HGTV’s "Top 20 Furniture Finds.” Many products have been featured in leading trade and consumer publications as well. At the fall 2006 High Point Market, HGTV producers once again sought out Jeffan’s newest designs. Later this year, the company’s new Caruma outdoor collection will be featured in a national broadcast.

What is Quick Ship Program?
This Program is designed to ship products to our customers within 7-10 days from our warehouse in Atlanta, GA. We have chosen only the best sellers in furniture and lighting.
How do I order Jeffan products that are not part of the Quickship Program?
Other products not included in our Quickship program can be made to order. The minimum order is $3,000.00 and a 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of order. Balance must be paid upon shipment of merchandise and receipt of original shipping documents.
What is Jeffan Container Program?
Our Container Program allows customers to realize savings of up to 15-25% from wholesale price when they place a container order. We offer a 20 foot container that can accommodate up to 32 CBM; 40 foot container that can accommodate up to 60 CBM; and a 40 foot High Capacity container that can accommodate up to 70 CBM. We will coordinate shipment directly to our customers’ location. All customs and shipping documents will be taken care of.
What are the benefits of Jeffan Container order?
In addition to the savings of 15-25% of the wholesale price, our customers are allowed to mix various collections in one container and there is no minimum quantity per SKU. Because of Jeffan’s large selection of products, our customers can practically plan to merchandise the entire store in one container.
