A 20% re-stocking fee will apply on orders cancelled after 15 days, shipping charges or collections fees if applicable. Any cancellation must be done in writing or email. No exceptions.

There are no minimum orders however a $35 Special Handling Fee will apply for orders below $500. Wholesale price is for Stocking Dealers only and for Non-Stocking Dealers, a 20% surcharge will be applied however, it can be waived for orders above $3000 on wholesale pricing.

SHIPPING TERMS

All shipments are FOB Chattanooga, TN. To avoid damage, all shipments will be shipped via an approved truck line. Freight charges for all shipments will be under "prepaid terms" unless special arrangement has been made. Stock items will be available within days. Please allow 8-12 weeks for items out of stock. Delivery dates are estimated and are subject to change.

PAYMENT TERMS

Jeffan International accepts credit card payment (VISA, MC, and AMEX) or check for first order. Credit cards are charged the day the order ships. Credit application can be submitted for customers who will be ordering on regular basis. Credit approved customers will receive net 30 days terms. Late payments for approved terms will be subject to late fees.

CLAIMS

Freight damages must be noted on delivery receipt at the time of delivery before the carrier leaves the site. Should you not make a note of damages on the delivery receipt; neither carrier nor Jeffan International will be responsible for any expenses associated with this claim. It is the consignee responsibility to file any claims directly with the carrier. All damage or shortage claims must be reported to Jeffan International within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Customers must fill out a"return /damaged claim form" immediately.

RETURNS

Returns will not be accepted unless pre-authorized by Jeffan International home office. Return requests must be submitted in writing and faxed directly to Jeffan International. Customers must include a copy of the invoice, quantity and reason for returns. All returns must be in the original packaging. A 20% re-stocking fee will apply in addition to the shipping fee.

HANDCRAFTED MERCHANDISE

All of the merchandise offered by Jeffan International is hand made and hand crafted. Slight variations in the size, color and appearance should be considered as natural characteristics of hand crafted merchandise.

SPECIAL ORDER

Other products not included in our Quickship program can be made to order. The minimum order is $3,000.00 and a 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of order. Balance must be paid upon shipment of merchandise and receipt of original shipping documents.
